This is a newly established unit in the Umhlosinga Development Agency (UMDA) which focuses on business support and development. The unit is based at Hlabisa Municipal Offices and has two main divisions which are Business Support Centre and Business Development. The Business Support Centre is funded by MTN through its MTN SA Foundation and is operated through a strong between UMDA and Hlabisa Municipality. This office is the first of its kind in the Province of KZN and Hlabisa Municipality is the only Municipality that has receive this support in the province.
